Indisk Restaurant Aarhus - Oplev Autentisk Indisk Mad

What began as a small takeaway with a dream to introduce Aarhus to autentisk indisk mad has now evolved into something much greater. We are thrilled to announce that on 6 December 2025, we will open the doors to The Spice of India, our first full-scale fine dining restaurant in Aarhus, situated at M. P. Bruuns Gade 31.

This journey has been extensive, filled with challenges, discoveries, and a strong commitment to quality. From meticulously designing an open kitchen and a welcoming, modern Indian interior to working closely with local authorities, craftsmen, designers, and suppliers — every step has been taken with a singular objective:
