What began as a small takeaway with a dream to introduce Aarhus to autentisk indisk mad has now grown into something much bigger. We are incredibly proud to announce that on 6 December 2025, we will open the doors to The Spice of India, our first full-scale fine dining restaurant in Aarhus, located at M. P. Bruuns Gade 31.
This journey has been long, filled with challenges, discoveries, and a deep commitment to quality. From carefully designing an open kitchen and a warm, modern Indian interior to collaborating with local authorities, craftsmen, designers, and suppliers — every step has been taken with one goal in mind:
